Individual (Non-Group) 2025-2026 Monthly Rates
- 15% discount to apply to all policyholders who have purchased both products.
- 10% discount to apply to all SPF policies where there is one adult and one child on the policy. (discount to be removed at the point a second child is added to the plan
- (combined discount of 23.5% if both apply)

MyCare Advantage is for individuals, couples and families, subject to a pre-existing condition clause. Please read this before submitting an application. For those with pre-existing conditions, MyCare Assist, a new fee-based program, may be able to assist you.
